Method of payment :
30% - booking fees from the total amount agreed by both parties,
20% - 2 weeks before the event
balance 50% - on the event day

Should there is no payment make 2 weeks before the event,
ISMAIL DAHLAN PHOTOGRAPHY has the rights to terminate the contract of service.

Cancellation :
2 weeks and above - 10% from the booking amount will be refund
less than 2 weeks - No refundable

Delivery
Package below RM1,000.00 - delivery within 1 month
Package above RM1,001.00 - delivery within 2 months

ISMAIL DAHLAN PHOTOGRAPHY has the rights to use photos for any
promotion / events / advertisement / any others that required without prior notice to the respective clients
